CEO
She has over 24 years of experience in the implementation and management of large investment projects in the residential and commercial real estate market. For 16 years she worked for the Capital Group - Real Estate Sector - of Bank PKO BP S.A. on managerial positions in special purpose vehicles. She is a graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw, majoring in: Corporate Finance and Accounting. She focuses on open communication, mutual respect, trust and joint search for solutions.
Karolina KAMIŃSKA
Art Director
I graduated with an engineering degree in interior design. I have been working in the profession since 2017, and I have been gaining experience since my second year of studies. Every day, professionally as well as privately, I turn on the positive thinking and with energy I proceed to the tasks. I spice up each of my projects with controversial details. In my interior designs there are minimalist as well as classic elements. In my company I conduct complex projects as well as I transfer my design visions to 3D visualization. When I am not at the office I am probably running around the construction sites supervising finishing works.
Katarzyna STRZELCZYK
Purchasing Manager
I like challenges, especially artistic ones, that is why I am glad that I have an opportunity to develop in a place where I can observe each stage of project creation.
On a daily basis, I take care of relations with clients and suppliers, I supervise projects and take care of logistics of supplies.
Mirosław DOBEK
Head of Architecture
I was born and raised in the USA and completed my Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. I graduated from Cracow University of Technology. I am an active member of: Małopolska Chamber of Architects with a license to design without limitations, Association of Polish Architects Krakow branch and Member of Royal Institute of British Architects Part I & II. I have over 15 years of experience gained on the American and European markets, which allows me to be fluent in issues related to architecture and construction. My portfolio includes over 200 designed and completed small and large scale buildings and over 250 private and commercial interior projects in several countries around the world. I am passionate about shooting and always have interesting challenges on my sights, both professional and personal. Thanks to my international experience, native level of English, out-of-the-box thinking, management skills and efficiency, I achieve my goals. Privately, I am a happy husband and father.
Filip KAMIŃSKI
Architect
Architect by vocation. I have been gaining professional experience since 2019, and I received my Master's degree in Architecture in 2022.
My passion is minimalist architecture, organic architecture and exploring the beauty of brutalism.
Adrianna NOWOGÓRSKA
Architect
I am a graduate of the architecture department at De Montfort University in England, where I completed my engineering degree (Part I).
Since 2019, I have been gaining professional experience in residential work and deepening my knowledge in designing spaces that combine functionality with aesthetics.
I am interested in interior architecture, technological innovations, painting and psychology. I love to travel, meet new people and develop my passions.
Kinga ZDĄBŁASZ
Architect
Architect engineer with a specialization in architecture and urban planning. I started gaining professional experience already during my studies. My interests include commercial and residential architecture and interior design. With an eye for detail and passion for combining functionality with aesthetics, I bring a unique approach to each project. I am passionate about realizing clients' visions, creating interesting designs, 3D models and visualizations. I always spend my free time in an active way.
